Took your advice - went to Qtel in Al Sadd. Queued for ten minutes, met with a man who just laughed at the complaint and then made a call in arabic, another fifteen minutes later (no doubt most of that call wasn't about my phone being reconnected - and more about what they fancy eating at iftar!!!) I get told 'someone will call me back - sit over there'.
A futher twenty minutes, this man 'kindly' tells me that the woman has not called back and they want to go home as the store is closing now.
I'm fasting - and desperately trying not to swear if i'm being honest.

I will cut this off and actually, already have a vodafone personal number, and so far? Yes, they are a billion times better on customer service. I'm just disgusted in Qtel and the lazy, laughable, highly annoying and frankly retarded staff they have!
