If you reach 14 points, the license will be suspended/ cancelled for three months (for the 1st time). I suggest don’t go somewhere near to traffic departments!!!! (If you are not renewing either your license or car registration).
If you don’t have anywhere else to go other then the traffic dept, take somebody and al least try to convince them that you are not the only driver of this car, they may distribute these points to your friend.
