MANIZAS, i would recommend that first go to any lady PHYSICIAN or any lady doctor and discuss this issue with her. Whatever she recommends for you then go for it. Don't listen to anyone for creams or surgeries. just first have a routine checkup of your breasts.

I only recommended MEDICATED CREAMS coz they are quite safer than ordinary creams readily available in local super/hypermarkets. Those are cheap creams and might have dangerous chemical not suited for ur skin.
