Step 1: go to traffic office in madinath khalifa to acquire an application form
Step 2: Let someone fill it up for u in arabic and have it signed by your sponsor
Atep 3: Pay the amount due and go for an eye examination
Step 4: Go to the Captain for evaluation and He will tell you what to do.
