Agreed or not but the fact is that on the basis of your passport and the color of your skin and eyes if do get an added advantage.Very unfortunate but it is there. One of our Clients (a Govt organisation)agreed on a pay package of 40,000 for an asian(foreign qualified and experienced) with a foreign passport and 60,000 for a native english speaker.
