we all know that the most of government position to be given to qataries, and the government pays well (very well!!) to them. I am sure that some qatari secretary in some government organization is taking at least 10,000.. and it doesns't matter that she shows up to work, following by her personal maid, who is carrying her lunch in box (doesn’t apply to Ramadan!), and cleaning her desk, and even helps her with english-arabic translation, as the secretary herself knows English next to zero. Because this is a Qatari Government intention: to fill up openings with the qatary nationals as much as possible.. Filipinas even not close to these places…
