Has anyone gotten anywhere with this????

I contacted Qtel, They will not own up to any problem, the only solution they are giving is to try to lower the bit rate on the voip. They recommended anything below 24 kbits/s. I am down to 8kbits/s on my Voip box and still not getting good voice quality.

Any one has any ideas?
or do we need to keep bugging Qtel?
I would really doubt that they are going to do anything about it.
I would have to say; from the people that I have talked to the last few days at Qtel; they must have THE WORST customer support of any company that I have ever dealt with.
