It depends on your connection speed and most of the time the online games work fine.

To get the games, there is Virgin shop in Villagio, there is Al-Saqer in Al Merqab street or any other branch that you can find around, there is also Jareer but honestly all are expensive. I'm getting my games now a days from Amzon through Aramex :)
