To All,
I have heard back from Vonage. They analyzed my tracert result and concluded that the problem is at Qtel's end. Vonage asks me to speak to QTel and let them know that we are having difficulties with streaming audio from various websites. We also need to request Qtel to cut down the latency for hops where the latency is above 120ms, in our case sometimes it is more than 500ms.
I am laughing really hard now, Vonage does not know how difficult it would be to pass this message to QTel. I wonder why all on a sudden this thing happened. Does anybody know any issue with Qtel's backbone or somewhere in their main network ?
