As far i know about this matter if you are new in Doha then you have to wait for 1 year and in that period you can't change your sponsorship either your profession but after one year you can change your sponsorship and your profession too. You have to provide your degree attested from your country firstly and then here your consulate will attest that documents and then you are able to change your profession.
