In normal case your husband cannot sponsor anyone until he obtain family status, i.e., his wife must be under his sponsorship.
But there is possibility, fill-up the visa form get a salary certificate from his company and directly go to Madinat Khalifa Immigration and see the immig. director. If you can make understand the situation to him he may approve using his discretion power. (Don't forget to attach your passport copy to prove the relationship).
