parking is really a big problem for these building. actually, it's an open parking and non-residents can park their cark inside. the watchman doesn't care at all. there are no designated slots. when you lodge a complain about your a/c, water, heater, etc...it'll take more than a week to be repaired. i suggest you look for another apartment. lots of residentail building around these area. try musheireb tower near sharakarba or musheireb tower opposite babyshop.
