I asked this question on QL two years ago! I have never found PM in Qatar. Boots Villagio does not sell PM. Never checked Boots Landmark, but I doubt it since Paul Mitchell is an American company. I've had it shipped here from US or bought it when I've been out of the country. Good luck!
