Not pretty sure if Saudi has a Social Site or Forum, but I assume Saudi being much cheaper than Qatar, SAR12,500 should be enought for a small family like yours.
Anyways, its better to seek advise from someone living in Saudi. Why don't you checkout your friend's contacts. Someone or the other might be in Saudi who would be able to give you best advise on this. Atlast, its your career.
