From your description I would agree with lazy, although I might suggest that her behavior could also indicate depression. However, I don't see dishonest, cheat and thief. If someone is living in your house and you are responsible for her meals then I don't see how you can say that she is a thief and cheat because she wanted more food (shades of Oliver Twist here!)
