Its depend on the company you are working, if you are working for Govt. sector with good salary no need of any attestation, otherwise you have to attest it from Indian Embassy, then from Qatar Foreign Ministry. Also you have to have 6 months bank statement for salary transfer. Finally after getting your family visa you have to cancel their UAE visa, if it is valid.
