I am doing the same on our project in RasLaffan. My boss wants the work done by deadline so this is what I am doing and by the time they realize my company will be outta Qatar. The problem is that the Qataris working in the Government sector are not interested in inspections, I have yet to see a Qatari even visit the site. They want to stay in air-conditioned rooms and land cruisers. and the labourers and the workers are getting 200-300$ per month so why would they care? the workers are working 12 hours a day in direct sun so if they just want to get over with the work, it doesnt surprise me.
