I am responding to this without checking the date you posted it. Chances are, you already have your own broadband by now..?? But, if not, if you can pick up other signals from your apartment, I would suggest knocking on your neighbors door, and asking them if the "?" network is theirs. Tell them your situation, and ask them if they wouldn't mind you using their line until you get yours. Well, if I was your neighbor, I would have no trouble doing this for my neighbor. Anyways, hope you have it figured out.:)
