Definitely for this budget of yours 6K to 7K you will not get at present a 4 BEDROOM Hall and Kitchen.
For you to have an idea, you may check the classifieds listing for accommodation if you have not yet checked out. Then may be you will know to look as per requirments that will also suit your budget.
