I will answer your question Mr. vymakunhi on why should he classify and give a special impact on the subject of construction area alone? AS YOU CAN SEE HE IS MANAGER...CIVIL ENGINEER...CONSTRUCTION.... And i guess he is asking for our opinion regarding this special subject only because he needs it in their future conference/ meeting... so i think to answer such question you must be an Engineer and your field of work is constructions....
