Yes, unless the same sponsor calls you again to Qatar, you may not be able to re-enter here in work visa.But there are ways like comming here by visit visa and every 3 or six months, you have to exit and comback again.But, here the problem is, as per rule, you cant work by visit visa.So, better get NOC from the present employer and request not to cancell your present visa status.
