The NPO owns a lot of businesses and schools. They want to open up a Cultural/language center for the "guests of Qatar" to learn so they can learn about Qatari culture and language (They knew how popular QCPI's Culture and Language program was).
They also are aware that it is almost impossible for women to meet Qatari women face to face in Qatar (since it is a very private society).
They are committed to bridging cultures.
Yes the program is complimentary; the participants only have to pay for their books and audio CD's
