However, if you are required in Qatar for your expertise, and you obviously are, then you should be OK and can take it that you will not be replaced any time soon. As a rule of thumb, it takes threee years to train somebody here to do your job .......... regardless of what opinions you have regarding experience/qualifications.
IN other words ... you 'should' be OK here at least for 3 yrs :D
