The QR400 Unlimited Mobile Internet is a service for laptops etc via USB dongle (as per QTel support). It is not a data plan for any phones (including iPhone). And the "unlimited" itself is misleading, it is more like 15GB per month limit (which should be plenty for normal use on a phone, if it were available on a phone!).
