hey..thats a usual remark of somebody higher than you who is incapable or insecure of your abilities.I guess you are able to fight back or reason out with him. It happened to me so many times before. This is what I did. "I told him give me ticket then and end-of-service benefits". His natural reaction would be to calm down and won't say a word since the moment you say those words, it seems you become so confident and don't afraid to lose your job (which in reality you are frightened,hehehe). Don't let your fright shows up in your argument. Then, ask him that as per your contract, you have to know the grounds of terminating your work or sending you home. Mention many times the Labour Office or Qatar Labour Law (in which you should be conversant also, try reading the Labour Law), and that will give him a chill. Because as per the Labour Law, no one can just terminate any contract without valid reason..Hope this will help you. My boss stops nagging or threatening of sending me home. Best of luck..
