Im not so sure about that, coz i had my psp modified with the latest version while using downloaded games. Having the latest version offers new applications such as PSP Messenger (MSN, AIM, YM etc.) and Skype.. and soon GPS..
Just want to ask also, where can i find PSP headset w/ microphone so i can use my skype? ive been to different shops inside the mall around Doha but no one could help me, they said they haven't heard of it.. (why Psp make such application like Skype if u can't use it?)
