you must make a health card .. you go to nearest helath center and open a file, then u come to hamad hospital and make the card.
you mustget a referrel paper from health center also to the medical outopatient and take appointment for a doctor!!! this depend on the referral form if it is to a general physician or cardiologist or neurologist,....
