Not sure about them moving to the Industrial Area as Novita says, but I went there less than 6 weeks ago when I bought a car.

Drive on Corniche towards West Bay. When you reach the first Sheraton Roundabout do a U turn and drive back halfway towards the previous roundabout. Take the side road and follow it to QIC building.

You will see that it has a big QIC sign at the top of the tower.
