the rent in that beverly hills and movenpick tower is not cheap ... it would be QR 16.000 and above. The compound would be the same. Last time i heard gulf helicopter was QR 12.000, but i guess it is more now. Hard to catch up with rent hikes... keep going up and up ...

if QIEC moving near Intercon ... there are some compound around there ... but it would be QR 25.000 and up for the rent. I dont think there are any apartment yet in that area.
