My main problem is that is 'no problem - mafy musgallah fill out the form'
then you get your bills and you have not been told of charges despite asking.
if you call up you wait ages and ages and they tell you to go in the office and you wait ages and ages again.

I am trying to pluck up the fortitude to go in to an office today...
to query bills and cancel mosaic
