Yes, there is a good size cub scout pack as well as a boy scout pack here in Qatar. They are chartered through the American Embassy.
They are both on hiatus now until September when all the families come back to Doha. They will advertise at some schools (ASD, DESS, Qatar Academy) when registration will begin in the fall.
