Members who are not known yet, still have time to build some credit and identify themselves to any key member.

By key member I mean whoever is very active, knowing a group of members or leading a group.

Tickets will be ditributed through key members only, who in return pass the tickets to their group members.

Any member who is willing to bring guests as suggested, should be fully responsible for the conduct of his guests. Otherwise should be banned completely from any future activity.
