No...the labor contract cannot be renewed automatically...the labor or employee has to sign it before its stamped in the labor department. Your Manager is lying and just putting pressure on you. You can go to labor court and lodge a complaint against your company/sponsor. They will help you out in this matter. If you dont get a positive response from them...then go to the National Human Rights Commission and report against your sponsor there.
