There is a toefl course in CHN. you can go and ask there for more information. i helped one of my cousins enroll there a couple of years ago and it really helped her.
CHN is the castle looking building next to a roundabout...not sure exactly what the address is...it's a university in business management and hotel management. there are many other courses there if your interested
