You don’t need to cancel anything. Business Visa is issued for 1 entry only. Since you used it, it is not valid anymore automatically. Even if you want, they won’t let you in with the same Visa. The company has to apply for the new one. By the way YOU cannot cancel Business visa anyway. Only company can do it (in case you have not entered Qatar yet, and they don’t need you here).
