I have had the very same problem in the past, working great for ages then suddenly stopped transmitting. You will find out even though your getting power to the Linksy and various light flashing it will never work again even after running the set up again. Mine have lasted between 1 to 1-1/2 years, then suddenly stopped. If you Q-Tel modem is working there is nothing wrong with the connection
