hi..im dennis..i studied law..have u checked the law on housing and rental here in qatar..it might help you..but u have to check and follow up with your lessor / landlord concerning your complaints before lodging anything in the ministry of housing..first things first..do u have any rental / housing contract written in English and Arabic with the owner? are you paying on time? do u have valid receipts? what are stipulated in your signed contract? is the building / room / space registered in the ministry? are you negotiating directly with the owner or any mediator perhaps or in behalf of the owner? so these are the questions you have to contemplate on before filing any case against the owner.
