Try this: Make a chutney with the following ingredients:

1- 1 bunch of mint leaves.

2- 1 bunch coriander/ cilantro leaves.

3- 6-8 garlic cloves, finely chopped.

4- 1 teaspoon carom seeds (Ajwain)

5- 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped.

6- One green mango, skinned and seed removed, finely chopped (This ingredient is optional)

7- Salt to taste.

Blend the ingredients with a little water into a smooth paste.

Every morning, feed your child a slice of bread with this mint chutney.

These ingredients pep up the digestive system and increase appetite. Your child will begin feeling hungry soon after and will eat normally.
