Make sure the acommodation clearly stated in the contract that they are paying for it not allowance, and it is not a share acommodation.

How about transporation allowance? Will they give you a company car or you will get a free interest car loan?

How about air ticket to travel home ... the normal rotation is once a year to wherever you come from the ticket expenses should be cover by the employer.

And dont forget to calculate your expenses back home ... mortgage, school for the kids if you have any and other cost.
