Hi there, i am soon to start doing a sushi evening at my restaurant sushi minto- i will do this once a month and get about 20 people together to listen to the chefs talk about history of sushi, watch the chefs and then for the guests to make it and then eat everything! we have done one private party like this and is really good! i hope to advertise and then start this really soon!
