Qatar Petroleum has a couple of Schools but they are far from Doha check:www.qp.com.qa
Qatar Foundation:www.jobs.qf.org.qa Is the best organization to be with as a teacher.
If you have 3+ years of experience then your chances of landing a job are very good.
I think you should stay away from Independent schools because they don't usually offer a good Package. Make sure your package include housing, health care,tickets..etc.
