you go from City Center and take the way as if you are going to 'Alaadin Kingdom' on your way you will find the 'Inter Con' and some of the guys are there renting those. If you complete your way toward 'The Pearl' project, near the 'Zig Zag' new building still under construction. The roundabout in front of their, take it right and continue straight, before you reach 'The Pearl' construction area just take the right and go beside the sea. You will see some guy there, renting 'Bikes' as well as 'Jet Skies'.
