despite if water is water or not, this teaching qualification, is it a certificate given by your university once you finish your degree or something you have to request after teaching in some universities? actually I come from Tunisia, I have 4 years teaching experience and I "think" we don't have such thing. Is it something like work certificate?? Thanks
