Pantsuits are totally acceptable. Avoid short skirts ( knee high and above). Below knees or longer is preferable)
Short (1/2 or 3/4) or long sleeves. Nothing transparent beneath your jacket. Law cuts not acceptable (just about any other business dress code rules elsewhere in the world).
No head cover required. I work in a very conservative institution in Doha, on the client side, that's what I wear.
