1. Get your sponsor signature and stamp on traffic dept. form.
2.Take the form to traffic department for an eye test.
3. Once eye test is successful take the form to any of the driving schools to enroll yourself for training.
4.Once training is complete you will be put to test by a police officer.
5.If you pass the test you get your licence.
