Just like i said, if they dont have the physical location of their office in Qatar,...of course its a scam! Make sure you deal with them by personally paying the said amount.
There used to be a recruitment agency at Town Center in Bin Omran, I think the office name is Qatar Recruitment Agency. Am not sure if they do still exist. They charge Qr50 to submit your CV and forward to prospective employer. But this one is different, you go in person and pay the amount.
