According to what is know...the company or the individual can terminate thier contract in the probation period. But need to give each other sufficient notice time. Though it is not 30 days...but less than 30 days.

But the company has to bear the expenses of Air ticket for the employee to his home country. According to the labour law...the employer has to bear the Air Ticket expenses.... while bring the person from his home country and at the same time...the employer should also bear the expenses of Air ticket...back to his home country. Even if they terminate him or he leaves the job.

But offcourse there will be no benfits given....if the contract is terminated in the probation period.
