You don't need to give any Test here...if you have a UAE Driving License. You need only a sponsor Letter and you need to take a Eye Test here.... the traffic dept will issue you a Qatari drving license.

I also had a UAE Driving License and i got Qatari Driving License...without attending any class or giving any road test.
