and you are right infant mortality rate cannot be used to calculate the population ratio. so i retract my statements on everything.

I recently had the chance to go to texas A &M university. its a nice building, but I couldnt find the library and finally when I asked someone she told me that the books are in boxes. and there is no computer that I could use. as all of them are for the faculty,staff and student use. I remember in my university anyone could come and use the computers in the library and anyone could borrow the books. our main library was open 24 hrs. I met some people and I guess they are having a hard time attracting researchers. Anyways there was also an article on this issue in a foreign newspaper. You might have heard about it.
And honestly Qataris are very very lucky people as they all have jobs when they join the university. Not like me and others.
