1. Are you just and fair to people?
2. Did you realise that worrying and being stressed does not solve your problems?

If the answer to these questions is yes, then you should sleep within two minutes after you go to bed. Most people find difficult to combat the second point. Try to train and convince your self, that stress will only add additional problems to the existing ones. Never helps. It's difficult to achieve, but when you manage it works! believe me.
